Making A Purchase. This could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on the Pay Pal button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your request.

We accept card payments. If you are requesting our services from North America or anywhere else, place your request and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or in your own currency.

If you make a mistake with your request for our services please contact us and we will re-organise you request.

When confirmation of your request has been received, this is to indicate that we have received your request. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your request, and hence a contract between us, when we reply. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, and we have inadvertently under-priced our services or we are no longer able to supply you with your request for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery of our Service: We aim to telephone you to arrange your reading within 24 hours of receipt of the request. Our lines are open to arrange appointments between 10am and 6pm for one to one readings. All readings arranged at times convenient to reader and purchaser by mutual arrangement between reader and purchaser. If any dissatisfaction with our timescale for reply is incurred we will refund your payment immediately. You may CANCEL a scheduled reading at any time by calling 01508 494035. If for any reason your reading does not take place you will receive a full refund.
